Technix Containers Limited carefully inspects all containers before they are released for delivery or customer collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications and are in satisfactory condition.

Returns will only be considered if a container is found to have a significant fault or is materially different from the specifications agreed at the time of purchase. Any concerns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the container.

Containers that have been custom-built, specially configured, or modified according to a customer's specific requirements are not eligible for return unless the issue is directly caused by a manufacturing defect or workmanship fault.

Where a return is approved, the container must be returned in its original condition and may be subject to inspection. Return transportation costs may apply where the return is not due to an error, defect, or issue attributable to Technix Containers Limited.
